Delete31 - Eric thinks its important to get the items back because they are important to Rudy and Rudy will get upset they are gone. Eric and Griffin are now even. Eric would risk getting caught so he would not be stuck in Griffins house.

Eric's changed because now he knows not to just be a bystander. That he should help anyone who is being bullied around him.
