Chapters 21, 22 & 23

Why does David double cross Eric?
What are his body actions and words when he is trying to
get Eric to come to the cemetery?
Does David really want to double cross Eric? Why or Why
not?

Why is Griffin the puppet master? Do his friends
understand that he is the puppet master?
Why does Griffin take the American Flag?
Eric has been nice to David, why does he attack Eric when
he is down? Did David plan to hurt Eric?
Mary tells Eric that she watched the whole thing, why
doesn’t she help him? What could she have done?

Eric wrote the letter to his dad because he still loves his dad.
ReplyDelete21 - I think David double crosses Eric so Griffin will like him and think he's cool.
ReplyDeleteHis body actions are like he's serious and wants to be nice to Eric.
I don't think David wanted to double cross Eric, but he did for Griffin.
22 - Griffin is the puppet master because he can pull a few strings and his friends will do the job for him. I don't think they realize they're puppets though.
I think Griffin takes the American flag because he wants to prove a point that he can take anything.
I think David attacked Eric so Griffin would think David is cool and part of the crowd.
I think she doesn't help him because she doesn't want to be a victim of Griffin. What she could have done is broke up the fight

Why does David double cross Eric?
David wanted to be part of the cool kids and then he didn't make it so far and David went back to Eric when Eric was not part of the cool kids anymore.
What are his body actions and words when he is trying to
get Eric to come to the cemetery?
David was very nevus and gritty when he was trying to get Eric to go to the cemetery.
Does David really want to double cross Eric? Why or Why
not?
I think that David wanted to double cross Eric because at first Eric was with Griffin and David wanted to see he was starting to be friends with him then David got into the little gang and then David was not getting along with the gang so he had went back to Eric.

ReplyDelete1.Because eh thought he was a bad boy but then he was not that good to hang out with.
2.to be calm and not afraid and act like there is nothing wrong when you go in there.
3.no because he would have to get in a fight with him and it is not good to get into fights with him.if he stayed on his side he would not have to fight with him.
Chapter 22
1.no because he does not act like it
2.he took it because he wanted to know that he does not care about anything that happens and he wants people to know that he is tough.
3.He attacks Eric because he wanted him to know who was boss.he kinda planed it because he went there with all of his buddies and he made them watch him beat up Eric.
4.she doesn't want to help him because she knows that she would get yelled at by the other boys. she could of went there and told them to stop beatng him up. then she could of help him up and left with him or walked away with him.

Griffin is the puppet master because all of the other guys know that if they don't do what Griffin wants Griffin will get people to do stuff to them like he did to Eric.
Why does Griffin take the American Flag?
Griffin had taken the American flag becasue he was trying to show Eric a sign.
Eric has been nice to David, why does he attack Eric when
he is down? Did David plan to hurt Eric?
David had attack Eric when he was down because David was trying to get into the little gang that he had been trying to get into for a long time and David did plan to hurt him because Eric was new and got right into the little gang.
Mary tells Eric that she watched the whole thing, why
doesn’t she help him? What could she have done?
I think that Mary didn't want Griffin or any of the guys to say anything to her because no one already didn't like her because she was standing up for one of her friends.

Eric had written a letter to his dad because he was starting to feel alone at his new school and people are starting to not like him for standing up to a bully.

He does because it's helping Griffin to beat up Eric.

His friends don't realize that Griffin is the puppet master.

He wanted people to know that he is a bad boy.
Eric has been nice to David, why does he attack Eric when

Because Eric told him that Griffin is a bad guy. That made David mad at Eric, so he planned to hurt Eric.

doesn't she help him? What could she have done?
She could have told the police, or the teachers.

Because he misses his father.
